Order process

Ticket sales are handled by PF19 GmbH.

Obligation to perform:

We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme and speakers. If the event cannot take place for reasons beyond the organiser's control (force majeure), the organiser reserves the right to move the event to a date and location of its choice. If the event has to be cancelled for other reasons, immediate notification will be given. Participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. Any further claims are excluded.

Cancellation & rebooking:

It is not possible to cancel your registration. However, you can name a replacement participant at any time free of charge. Please contact: hello@payment.wien.

Privacy policy:

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. External service providers who process data on behalf of PF19 GmbH, sponsors and co-organisers are also bound by legal regulations, but are not considered third parties.

Image material:

PF19 GmbH reserves the right to use image material from all events for marketing materials.

Safety:

PF19 GmbH accepts no responsibility for its service providers or for the safety of participants travelling to and from the event. The maximum liability during the event is limited to a refund of the participation fee.

Recordings:

Audio and video recordings of the event (festival) for personal use are only permitted with special permission and may not be passed on to third parties. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogs and press coverage. As a guideline, unrelated clips of one minute or less may be used. If you require information regarding permission for longer clips, please contact us.
